MAD XXX Hot Sauce Cilantro Lime

Cilantro Lime is our fresh, herb-forward take on serious heat. Built entirely around green peppers—including Fresno, jalapeño, serrano, habanero, ghost, and Carolina reaper. This sauce delivers the same unapologetic heat you expect from MAD XXX but with a completely different personality.

Fresh cilantro and lime hit first, backed by Granny Smith apple for a subtle crisp sweetness, with parsley and mint adding layers of garden-fresh flavor. Then the peppers start doing their thing. The heat builds gradually from bright green chile into a lingering ghost and Carolina reaper finish.

It’s bold enough for tacos and burritos, but fresh enough for seafood, grilled chicken, eggs, salads, avocado, rice bowls, and anything else that needs a punch of green.
